The structure includes key components such as upper and lower mold bases, pressure rings, guide pillars, and guide sleeves. The cavity undergoes nitriding hardening treatment and is compatible with 500-1200 ton stamping presses. It is custom-manufactured according to the customer's 3D digital model to meet the mass production needs of chassis skid plates for various vehicle models.
