The tailgate flip-top spare tire cover mold prioritizes functionality and structural strength in its design. It is precision-manufactured using Cr12MoV high-strength mold steel with a hardness of HRC58-62 and a surface accuracy of ±0.03mm. The mold integrates a hinge hole, snap-fit seat, and reinforcing rib forming mechanism, making it compatible with 600-1200 ton injection molding equipment. It supports integrated injection molding of the flip-top opening and closing structure and can be customized according to the customer's digital model. It is widely used in the high-strength mass production of spare tire covers for SUVs and MPVs.
