The automotive fender mold is made of high-quality alloy cast iron or pre-hardened steel, with a surface accuracy of ±0.05mm and a mold life of over 500,000 cycles. The structure includes core components such as upper and lower mold bases, pressure rings, guide pillars, and guide bushings. The cavity is nitrided for wear resistance and rust prevention. It is compatible with 400-1000 ton stamping equipment and is custom-developed based on customer 3D digital models. It is widely used in the mass production of passenger car and commercial vehicle fender sheet metal parts.
